Hi, I’m Shawna — a real estate and property photographer based in Mid- Michigan. Originally from Florida, I made Michigan home 15 years ago and quickly fell in love with the outdoors, small-town living, and the character that makes every property unique.
With over 9 years of professional photography experience, I now focus exclusively on real estate, vacation rentals, and property photography. My goal is to create clean, crisp, detail-focused images that help homes stand out and leave a lasting first impression. Whether it’s a cozy cabin, luxury home, lake property, or short-term rental, I work to capture each space in a way that feels inviting, polished, and true to its personality.
I believe great property photography is about more than just taking photos — it’s about showcasing a space in a way that connects with potential buyers and guests. From preparation and attention to detail to professional editing and fast turnaround times, I strive to make the process easy, reliable, and stress-free for every client.
In addition to photography, I also own a professional cleaning business (Simple Sister Cleaning), giving me a unique eye for presentation, detail, and the small touches that help properties feel polished, inviting, and market-ready.
